Sandra Dinter
Sandra Dinter recently completed her PhD thesis “Childhood in Contemporary English Fiction: Contesting the Last Vestige of Essentialism” at Bielefeld University in Germany. She is currently a lecturer in the English Department at RWTH Aachen University where she teaches British and American literature and culture. Her research interests include literary constructions of childhood, contemporary fiction, adaptation theory, and the spatial turn. Her work has been published in the journals Neo-Victorian Studies, C21 Literature: Journal of 21st- Century Writings, and Children’s Literature Association Quarterly.
