Jon Mee

Jon Mee is Professor of Eighteenth Century Studies at the University of York, UK. He has published widely on the Romantic period, most recently Print, Publicity, and Popular Radicalism: “The Laurel of Liberty” for Cambridge University Press, 2016. He is currently researching a book on writing the early industrial revolution for which he has been awarded a British Academy-Leverhulme Senior Research Fellowship.
