Tomorrow I & my eldest daughter begin our travels, they will be somewhat slow if the weather should prove favourable; we halt a few days at Sir G Beaumonts, & if our arrangements fall out as they are intended, we shall be landed in Q Anne Street on the 15th. – I am afraid you & Mrs R. will not be settled in town till the meeting of Parliament draws near.
You have been very kind about Bertha. The next three months she can employ more profitably here than any where else. But as soon after the beginning of February as an opportunity of convoy offers, we shall thankfully consign her to Mrs Rs kindness.
