My dear Sir

During my hurried visits to London, every day & almost every hour has its engagement. I will breakfast with you on Friday (this day week) – & be with you as near half past eight, as a doubtful knowledge of the distance & of the way will permit, – guessing it at half an hours walk for a long legged man, who never loses time about any thing.

Yrs very truly
R Southey

Friday morning.
