Bruce Edward Graver

Bruce Graver is Professor Emeritus of English at Providence College, USA. He edited Wordsworth’s Translations of Chaucer and Virgil ( Cornell UP, 1998), co-edited Wordsworth and Coleridge’s Lyrical Ballads (Romantic Circles and Cambridge UP), and more recently co-authored, with Dorian Greenbaum, Peggy Webling and the Story Behind Frankenstein (Bloomsbury, 2023). In 2025, he published The Stereoscopic Picturesque  in the Liverpool UP Romantic Reconfigurations series. With Patrick Vincent, he is editing the Continental Travel Journals of Mary and Dorothy Wordsworth, forthcoming from Liverpool UP. His new edition of Lyrical Ballads, co-edited with Laura Mandell, has just appeared on Romantic Circles.
