Marcy L. Tanter

Marcy L. Tanter is Assistant Professor of English at Tarleton State University, where she is primarily an Americanist specializing in the 19th century. She has contributed articles to the Dictionary of Literary Biography and several encyclopedias and is currently working on a project that discusses Wordsworth's influence on his American contemporaries. She is also a member of the editorial board of the Dickinson Hypermedia Archive, which is dedicated to making the writings of Emily Dickinson and her family available to the public via the Internet.
