Ian Packer

Ian Packer is Reader in History at the University of Lincoln. His publications include The Letters of Arnold Stephenson Rowntree to Mary Katherine Rowntree (Cambridge 2002). He has published widely on political and religious history and is an editor on Robert Southey: Later Poetical Works, 1811-1838.
